Plan Heaven Pricing

The Plan Heaven fee structure is based on an annual access fee, plus two optional extra services.


Annual access

    per development per year

    • The annual access fee grants you unlimited access to your body corporate account in Plan Heaven, allowing you to set up, edit, and review the body corporate's data and print a hardcopy of your LTMP.

    You can also provide edit or readonly access to your account to as many people as you like.

    So, if you are comfortable managing your own account, or have another person or contractor to do it for you, you will be able to create your own compliant and responsive LTMP within Plan Heaven and all the body corporate will pay is the annual access fee.

  • Setup

    $0.00 plus GST

    • If you have an existing LTMP and you don't want to set this up in Plan Heaven yourself, we can do it for you. We'll take your current plan and replicate it in Plan Heaven. Then once your account and plan is set up, you can take over the editing.

    If you select this option, a minimum of three years annual access is payable in advance.

    Note: This option does not include a site visit and we do not provide maintenance advice or recommendations.


    Providing you with maintenance advice and recommendations

  • Recommendations

    $0.00 plus GST

    plus

    $0.00 plus GST per unit

If you choose this option we will come on site to inspect your buildings and then build your plan in Plan Heaven using our own recommendations in regard to proposed maintenance for each building item.

This service also includes ongoing editing of your plan if required, along with supplying pdf hardcopies if you don't want to log in and get them yourself.

If you select this option, a minumum of three years annual access is payable in advance and the setup fees will also apply.

Note: Delivery of this option can take up to 90 days to allow for efficient use of our travel. If you require urgent delivery please contact us for a special quote.

Note also that this service does not include inspections of and advice on, those elements where we cannot safely gain access without the use of equipment that is not already available on site. E.g. roof inspections where no unassisted safe access is available.
