At Plan Heaven, we are aware that the LTMP must be understood by all owners.
A body corporate is a mini-democracy, which can be messy because it's made up of a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds and expectations. Owners may be in a range of different financial situations and have different attitudes to spending money.
This means that reaching agreement on spending can take some work, and problems can arise if the reasoning or cost of proposed maintenance work in the LTMP isn't clear.
At Plan Heaven, we understand the decision-making process in a body corporate and know how important it is that our plans can be understood by all owners.
