We have expert planners who build and maintain long-term maintenance plans (LTMPs) and a back-end team that supports users with routine and non-routine maintenance planning.
From our first body corporate plans in 2015, we have been striving to provide world-class planning support, so that now, Plan Heaven is New Zealand's largest Kiwi-owned provider of maintenance planning support to bodies corporate, ranking second-largest overall in terms of customer plans created. As at mid-2026, we have built over 1,000 plans and the plans in our database have a total of over 6,000 jobs scheduled at a budget of over $500 million.
After a few years of focusing on bodies corporate, in 2023, we commenced further development of our it systems converting our app, that was originally built for our own team to use, into a full-blown SaaS for other property types, first for schools, then retirement villages and now for virtually any property and ownership type, so that managers of any property can enjoy complete and effective management and budgeting control of their long-term, routine and reactive maintenance.
In addition to end-to-end maintenance specifically for New Zealand properties and New Zealand property managers, Plan Heaven is committed to old-school customer service and support.
